dental floss
Tear off a piece which is about 40-50 centimeters and clean the tooth surface and interdental spaces with this piece, using your fingers. For every teeth cleaning, use a different part of the dental floss you teared off. Dental flosses are of single use they must be thrown off after they are used. Giving a C shape to dental floss with your fingers makes flossing much easier. There is a common misconception among people that dental flosses widen the interdental space but it has nothing to do with the truth. We must indicate that this kind of situation does not occur in a long term use of dental floss either. Teeth are not that fragile. Therefore, they cannot be affected or eroded by dental floss usage. Teeth are strong and a contact between dental floss and teeth will not cause erosion in teeth.
